Proposed grading coordinated with the foundation and information added to rebar shop drawings.
Material Quantities
Quantity takeoff performed to confirm the amount of material the sitework contractor is exporting and to plan live loading during work hours with coordination of the adjacent active school traffic.

Spoil piles quantified and classified prior to export with a Total Station.
ADA Codes
Proposed grading percentages of slope calculated prior to hardscaping activities to be sure the design is in compliance with ADA codes.
